Job description: About the Role:We are seeking candidates ready to step into a Lead Project Engineer role, with 8-10 years of experience preferred. However, candidates with 4 years of experience will be considered. This is a design-focused position specializing in:

• Civil Design
• Land Development
• Municipal Design
• Utilities
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to the design and development of civil engineering projects.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Utilize Civil 3D for designs; experience with stormwater modeling is a plus.
• Ensure compliance with state and local codes (helpful but not required).
  
  

Qualifications: Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Masters degree preferred but not required.
• Associates degree considered with equivalent experience.
• Experience: 4-10 years in civil engineering, with emphasis on design.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D is required.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater modeling and municipal projects is a bonus.
