Responsibilities
- Manage and execute complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects for a diverse client base.
- Handle all aspects of sophisticated commercial leasing transactions, representing landlords and tenants in high-value office, retail, and industrial leasing.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, analyze complex title and survey matters, and resolve intricate real estate-related issues.
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and other critical real estate-related agreements.
- Provide strategic counsel on zoning, land use, and other regulatory matters affecting real estate development and investment.
- 2-3 years of strong commercial real estate experience, preferably in a large law firm setting.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
- Admission to practice law in Florida is required.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex legal issues.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing the highest quality legal services to sophisticated clients.
