Job description: POSITION: SENIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEY
SALARY RANGE: $130K TO $200K Plus commission
Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our their team.
Position Summary
Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands and offers.

Qualifications: EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- Full-time
- 5 years of litigation experience
- Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
- Superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team-oriented
- Note: Ideally all trial roles will have 4 First Chair ( Lead Attorney) trial experience
