Qualifications : Qualifications
- 4 years of GTM recruiting experience
- Experience working for a Security SAAS company
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, particularly email security, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) solutions for enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS and enterprise sales cycles targeting IT, security, and C-suite buyers.
- Has recruited for roles such as : Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers for pre- and post-sales support. Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Business Development Representatives (BDR)
- Recruiting for cybersecurity solutions such as email protection, threat detection, and response platforms, AI-driven security tools, and zero-trust architecture.
- Candidates selling to enterprise-level customers, particularly in verticals like finance, healthcare, or technology.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity sales talent markets, including common profiles for quota-carrying and non-quota-carrying roles.
- Proven ability to find and engage passive candidates in highly competitive industries.
- Experience building diverse pipelines in niche and talent-scarce fields
