Job Description
This role is remote, but you must live in a MST or PST time zone. The position is a six-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals for software engineering positions
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Conduct salary negotiations and extend job offers to selected candidates
Qualifications
- 3 years experience as a technical recruiter
- Experience working for an enterprise level company
- Experience recruiting for: Front and back-end software engineers
- Must live in a PST or MST time zone
