Job Description
Our AI start-up client is looking for a technical source. This role is hybrid in either NYC or San Francisco and is a six-month contract, that could get extended or turn into full-tome.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent for our AI start-up client
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific forums to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and interest
- Stay informed about the latest AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate the company's value proposition to potential candidates
- Adapt sourcing strategies to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced start-up environment
Qualifications
- 3 years of technical sourcing experience
- Must live ineither NYC or San Francisco
- Previous experience working for a start-up
- Accustomed to a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing technical talent
- Strong understanding of various technical roles and skills in the AI industry
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with AI technologies and trends is a plus
