Recruitment Advertising Consultant (Inside Sales)

Job News, a leading provider of recruitment advertising products and services, is expanding our team! We are seeking a motivated sales professional to promote our portfolio of Job Fair and Digital Advertising solutions from our Overland Park, KS office.

• Minimum 2 years of successful inside sales experience required (direct B2B sales)

At Job News, we help employers and employees connect through our Job Fairs and Digital Products, both locally and nationwide. We are seeking dynamic and motivated sales professionals to engage with employers and build lasting partnerships through our customized recruitment solutions.

In your first year, you will receive a competitive base salary (starting at $40,000 / year), plus commission and bonuses! Bonus opportunities include bonuses based on the number of deals closed, deal size, and / or activity-based bonuses. Beyond year one, the opportunity is nearly unlimited. Recruitment marketing is an $18 billion-a-year industry and your commissions are tied to top-line sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our industry-leading Job Fairs in multiple markets, focusing on Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Denver, and San Antonio.

Work Schedule :

Monday - Friday in the Overland Park, KS office location. Typical work hours are 8 : 30 - 5 : 00, some flexibility on office hours may be offered.

Travel :

The ideal candidate will host 7-12 Job Fairs annually and would be willing to travel as needed to these locations.
