About the Role:
We are looking for a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations at Miramar Commissary and ensure all contractual requirements are met. This role involves managing inventory, maintaining equipment, training employees, and ensuring quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order and maintain inventory of janitorial supplies.
- Oversee equipment maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
- Ensure all janitorial tasks meet quality control standards.
- Train new employees and ensure they have the necessary safety equipment.
- Supervise a team of 3-10 janitors, providing direction and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate work schedules with the Project Manager to ensure adequate staffing.\
- Report any issues or incidents affecting operations.
Shift:
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Sunday and Monday OFF
- 10:00 PM to 6:30 PM
