About the Role
We'll count on your coordination skills to manage up to three simultaneous installation projects
Your communication expertise will be vital in keeping leadership updated on all job statuses
We'll leverage your industry experience to assist with estimates and customer follow-up
Your problem-solving abilities will be essential in addressing job site concerns effectively
We'll rely on your safety consciousness to ensure proper procedures are followed and documented and that necessary training is completed and up-to-date
Your analytical skills will be crucial in reviewing job costing and ensuring proper pricing
We'll tap into your versatility and commitment to teamwork by providing GM coverage when needed
Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate daily documentation and recordkeeping
We'll depend on your project management skills to keep jobs on schedule and within budget
You have familiarity with light accounting and bookkeeping and enjoy working with office support team members to ensure financials are aligned
Qualifications

3 years of landscape, hardscape, and / or irrigation construction experience
High school diploma or GED
Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple crews simultaneously
Strong written and oral communication skills (Spanish a plus)
Valid driver's license with clean record
Proficiency with technology and software (CRM experience a plus)
Ability to pass background check
Self-motivated with proven leadership abilities
