Sales / Estimator Qualifications
2 years of customer-facing sales or service experience
Background in residential services or landscaping industries is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with basic technology tools (email, spreadsheets, measuring apps)
Experience with project estimation or scope development (preferred)
Knowledge of local area and local housing market (preferred)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
