Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Job Resources.

About the Position:

  • Provide technical support to customers via various channels.
  • Assist customers with product selection, installation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Travel to customer sites and trade shows to support sales teams and promote products.
  • Conduct technical training and product presentations to customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in technical sales support or application engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and power control systems.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
