Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents, including formation, dissolution, and amendments
- Maintain and organize corporate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct legal research and provide support on various corporate matters
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
- Support the legal team in managing corporate governance and compliance matters
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities
- Assist with the preparation of board meeting materials and minutes
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed
