Job Description: We are seeking an Entry Level HR Coordinator to join our team and provide essential support to our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, possess excellent organizational skills, and are eager to learn and grow in the field of HR.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personal data, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Assist with setting up employee training
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, and compliance efforts.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
Requirements:
- 1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with conducting interviews or participating in the recruitment process.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Experience handling and filing confidential information in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations.
- Previous experience working in a Human Resources or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
