As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a dynamicRecruiter to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals as well as find events and new and creative ways to get Job's house of Prosperity's name out into the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and clinical leaders to understand staffing needs and job requirements for home health positions, including nurses, therapists, home health aides, and other healthcare professionals.
- Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates' qualifications to ensure they meet the required competencies and experience for home health roles.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and stay in touch for future recruitment needs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and credentialing requirements, including background checks, licenses, and certifications.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future home health positions.
- Work with HR and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Promote the organization's culture and values throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates are aligned with the mission of delivering compassionate home care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and home health regulations to attract the best talent.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the healthcare or home health industry.
- Strong knowledge of the home health field, including the different roles and the unique needs of patients in home-based care settings.
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders to understand staffing needs and deliver results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of home health regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
- Experience with virtual and in-person interviewing.
