Onsite | Scottsdale, AZ | 5 Days a Week (Some Remote Flexibility) - 30% Travel as Required

Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a Proposal Manager to join their team! As a Proposal Manager, you oversee all federal proposal activities, including directing proposal personnel, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, and monitoring the proposal progress in addition to the following :
- Partner with the Capture Manager to integrate the win strategy and solution into a proposal structured for compliance and ease of evaluation
- Develop and execute a review plan, including Pink Team, Red Team, and Gold Team reviews for technical, management, and cost proposals
- Coordinate, assemble, and review administrative functions to support the production of assigned proposals
- Check and ensure compliance of proposal content with client requirements and guidelines
- Schedule and manage proposal reviews and updates throughout the submission process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting the proposal development process to ensure on-time delivery
