ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, minimizing costs, and ensuring accurate inventory records. This role also requires physical dexterity and fine/gross motor ability. Must be able to follow written or oral directions. Must be able to pick up and move objects weighing 50 lbs. or less; stoop, kneel, reach, climb, handle, and be capable of successfully carrying out and completing inventory duties unsupervised. Must have the ability to work with and train staff, who may have disabilities. Must be willing to work various shifts and weekends and holidays.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma.
- Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid WV Driver’s License with a clear driving record and at least 5 years of driving experience, with access to a reliable vehicle.
- Must pass a background check with WV Cares and maintain good standing for the duration of employment, completing recertifications periodically.
- This role may require occasional travel to different locations or warehouses. This role may involve working in a warehouse or storage environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

ACTIVITIES OF THE INVENTORY CONTROL SUPERVISOR INCLUDE:

- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and other key metrics.
