Location : 80919
Pay : $19 / hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 15 AM - 5 : 00 PM
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and committed to providing top-tier customer support.
Responsibilities :
- Assist customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product and service information while offering solutions tailored to customer needs.
