Job Title: Program Specialist
Location: Boulder, CO
Pay: $20 - $24.50/hour
Shift: Full-time, occasional evenings and weekends
Requirements: Must be bilingual in Spanish, have 1-2 years of experience working with youth, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities: Support after-school programming for under-resourced youth, track student progress, and provide social and emotional support.
Preferred Skills: Basic written and conversational Spanish skills.
