Job Description
Job Store Staffing is currently seeking a QA Associate for our client company for a 2 month temporary role. We are looking for qualified, motivated individuals to work in a manufacturing environment helping produce and label premium tablets, capsules and powders.
Location : South Colorado Springs, 80905
Shift : Monday - Friday 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm
Pay Range : $18-20 / hour
Duration : Temporary - 6-8 weeks
The ideal candidate has a great attendance track record, is detailed, a true team player, and has the availability to work overtime, including Saturdays during their peak season.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with archiving old files and maintaining current label version files for print media.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming labels in terms of content, text, spelling, and overall aesthetics.
- Crosscheck product formulas against labels to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct regular label room audits to ensure only current label versions are in use.
- Support the creation, implementation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Refer all questionable labels and discrepancies to the Quality Management team.
- Ensure compliance with label control systems and SOPs across all personnel.
- Investigate discrepancies related to product labels and assist in resolving issues.
- Perform other related duties as required to support the Quality and Label Control team.
