Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Driver. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their worksite from Springfield to Lancaster and back. This position requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various types of vehicles
- Transport passengers to designated locations in a timely manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in school bus driving, paratransit, or shuttle driving is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of local roads and routes
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
