What you will be doing:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our Delivery Team. This role will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites in the New Albany area, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Site Management: Oversee operations at multiple sites within a designated area to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Client Interaction: Regularly interact with clients to provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction.
- Business Needs: Understand and anticipate the business needs of our clients, adapting services to meet their evolving requirements.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Recruiting: Recruit and onboard high performing individuals for your specific client.
- Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and efficiently.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account status, client feedback, and areas for improvement.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent management, agency experience preferred.
- Strong technical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to anticipate client needs and offer proactive solutions.
