Bilingual Recruiter / HR Assistant

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Staffing Supervisor with recruiting skills to support staff and clients.

Summary:

• Employment Type: Full-Time - Direct Hire
• Days/Hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 10 am - 7 pm (Sat: 7 am - 4 pm)
• Location: North East, MD
• Salary: $45K - $55K per year based on experience benefits
• Requirements: Supervisory experience 2 years, recruiting 2 years, Bilingual, ATS, Computer skills, customer service, and must be flexible with the schedule.

Responsibilities:

* Customer service-focused and driven individual that has a sense of urgency.

* Welcome all new hires and set up for success with training and support.

* Job will include support at a local warehouse to conduct check-ins, walking the floor, relationship building, using office space, phones and responding to needs of staff.

* Responsible for the check-in of all staff at the start of shifts.

* Responsible for relationship building with staff and clients.

* Good communication skills required.

* Experience in MS Office including Word and Excel, good typing and emailing skills as well.

* Supervise staff throughout the shift.

* Manage shift reports and communication.

* Call any no call/no-shows daily and request that they return to work for next scheduled shift.

Ideal Candidates:

· Should have supervisory and staffing experience.

· Recruiting experience

· Warehouse experience is a plus

· Likes to work with people

· Great computer skills, typing skills, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

· Reliable and dependable. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
