How you will contribute
- Work is performed in a traditional warehousing type environment and picking parts according to customer order and placing parts in work areas.
- Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
- Initiate and maintain ongoing open communication with IHRO customers, 3rd party vendors and other internal department to verify, escalate service orders
- Moves items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Assist in the counting and accurate tracking of materials or items received or distributed. May also assist with the physical counting of inventory.
- Maintain Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate records
- Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts
- Respond to and resolve inquiries
- Organizing facility, warehouse, and/or work area for orderliness at all times (5S). Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business. Other duties as assigned.
Shifts available:
1st: Mon - Thu 5am - 3:30pm $18.25/Hr
2nd: Mon - Thu 4pm to 2:30am $18.75/Hr
Weekend: Day shift - Fri, Sat, Sun 5am to 5:30pm $23.25/Hr
Weekend : Night shift - Fri, Sat, Sun 5:30pm to 5:00am $25.25/Hr
Responsibilities:
- Unload, depalletize, and transport server racks to designated locations, i.e., Roll Racks Receiving, checking, and booking in of deliveries
- Picking, dispatching related activities
- Unboxing and re-boxing of items
- Receipt and task query assistance
- 5S / housekeeping duties
- Other duties as assigned
Your Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience operating a forklift (Crown Stand Up Reach), electric tug, and/or pallet jack
- Ability to work with diverse group of people and be a team player.
- Flexible – able to work overtime or varying shifts as required to support the demands of the business.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Salary : $18 - $25
