General Labor / 1st & 2nd shift available up to $18.25 per hour

Warehouse fulfillment associate is responsible for a variety of tasks related to fulfilling customer orders in an our newly opened warehouse, show interest and join us for Job Fair/Onboarding process:

Location: North Aurora, IL

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.25 per hour (Depending on shift)

Shift Available:

1st shift:

• Wednesday to Saturday 7:00am - 5:30pm
• Thursday to Sunday 7:00am - 5:30pm
• Thursday to Saturday & Monday 7:00am - 5:30pm
• Thursday to Saturday & Tuesday 7:00am - 5:30pm

2nd shift:

• Wednesday to Saturday 5:30pm to 4:00am

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and sorting incoming inventory: Warehouse fulfillment associates may receive shipments of products, unpack them, and sort the items for storage or processing.
• Picking and packing orders: Associates are responsible for locating items in the warehouse based on customer orders, picking them from shelves or bins, and then packing them securely for shipment.
• Shipping and labeling: Associates may also be responsible for labeling packages, preparing them for shipping, and ensuring that they are sent to the correct destination.
• Inventory management: Warehouse fulfillment associates help manage inventory levels by keeping track of stock, conducting inventory counts, and alerting management when stock levels are low.
• Quality control: Associates may be responsible for inspecting items for quality and ensuring that they meet Amazon's standards before they are shipped to customers.
• Operating machinery: Depending on the warehouse, associates may operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor systems to move items around the warehouse.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace: Associates are typically expected to keep their work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Overall, our warehouse fulfillment associates play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently to meet Our high standards for customer service and delivery speed.

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States - Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must speak English
