On-Site Supervisor (Staffing Agency Exp Required)

Job Description:

LGS, powered by Job&Talent, is seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented Onsite Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess a strong sense of urgency, reliability, and a passion for customer service. This role involves providing essential support at local warehouses, overseeing staff check-ins, fostering relationships, and ensuring the success of new hires through training and ongoing assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by consistently showing up on time for shifts.
• Prioritize a customer service-oriented approach, acting with urgency to address needs.
• Welcome and support new hires, providing necessary training and guidance for success.
• Conduct staff check-ins at the beginning of each shift, ensuring a smooth start for all workers.
• Engage in relationship-building efforts with both staff and the client.
• Possess strong communication skills, utilizing MS Office tools like Word and Excel effectively.
• Supervise and manage staff throughout the shift, ensuring a productive work environment.
• Maintain shift reports and facilitate effective communication among team members.
• Contact any no-call/no-show employees daily, requesting their return for the next scheduled shift.
• Focus on career growth, seeking long-term opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Prior experience in customer service-focused roles is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and email communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
• Ability to supervise and manage staff effectively.
