• Job Overview

The Garment Printing Operator is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of printed designs on garments in a bulk printing operation. This role involves inspecting finished products for defects, verifying specifications, and maintaining quality standards throughout the printing process.

Location : North East, MD 21901

1st shift available

Pay rate : $21.50 Per hour

Job Type : Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Responsibilities

Quality Control :

Inspect printed garments for color accuracy, placement, and overall quality.

Identify and document defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Process Monitoring :

Monitor the garment printing process to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality specifications.

Collaborate with printing operators to address and resolve quality issues promptly.

Documentation :

Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality reports, and corrective actions taken.

Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on inspection findings.

Collaboration :

Work closely with the Operation Team to ensure quality throughout the printing process.

Requirements

Six Sigma or ISO 9001Certification

Experience in textile factories or printing companies. ​

Experience in garment quality control, or related roles.​

Strong knowledge of garment printing, and packaging processes.​

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.​

Ability to work independently.​

Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.​

Good organizational skills.​

Ability to perform basic mathematical operations. ​

Attention to detail and commitment to excellent.
