Pay and Hours:
- $70,000 - $80,000
- Shift: 8/9AM - Finish Monday - Saturday
Job Description:
- Must have management experience
- BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH) a plus
- MUST HAVE EXP managing/overseeing 50 employees within a warehouse setting
- Anticipating staffing requirements and client expectations.
- Providing productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports at the client’s request.
- Managing employee relations at the site – including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews.
- Ensuring the warehouse floor is properly staffed and operated.
- Responsible for Fill Rate/Cost Per Piece/Miss Sorts/On Time Attendance.
- Documenting terminations for unemployment purposes
- Proactively communicating staffing needs to NRC
- Developing contingency plans for unexpected events.
- Ensuring On-Site Coordinator duties are performed to standards.
- Responsible for “Owning” the business.
- Ensuring staffing levels are met daily
- Hiring and training leads/QC/Forklift drivers.
- Forklift EXP a plus
- Staffing exp a plus
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
