Position overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented Onsite Manager / Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at client sites, ensuring workforce success, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and employees. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to operational excellence, workforce management, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth workforce deployment and operational excellence.
- Provide hands-on support for new hires by offering comprehensive training and guidance to ensure their success, while empowering them to effectively use Job&Talent’s platform to optimize attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and real-time feedback.
- Conduct staff check-ins at the start of each shift, ensuring attendance and addressing any immediate concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner to address their workforce needs effectively.
- Proactively manage attendance by following up on absences and ensuring proper workforce coverage.
- Utilize Job&Talent’s proprietary platform to track worker performance, attendance, and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on-site, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure workforce efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate shift reports and facilitate clear communication among all stakeholders.
