Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document control.
- Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, managing relationships and negotiating contracts to secure the best value for our company.
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and office supply procurement.
- Manage front desk duties, such as greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress and status, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of project plans and timelines, contributing to the successful execution of construction projects.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
Qualifications :
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
