Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement comprehensive R&D strategies that align with SRI's mission and objectives.
Team Management : Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
Project Oversight : Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of research projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Innovation Promotion : Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the development of groundbreaking solutions to complex challenges.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and academic institutions, to promote collaborative research efforts.
