Job Details
Qualifications :
7 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably with commercial, healthcare, or industrial projectsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong leadership and communication skillsProficiency in construction management software such as Procore or similar platformsOSHA 30-hour certification required; additional safety certifications preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain a focus on safety and qualityResponsibilities :
Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionEnforce safety policies and protocols to maintain a safe work environmentMonitor project schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlinesConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standardsManage and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive team environmentReview and resolve any field issues, working proactively to mitigate delays or conflictsMaintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goalsProvide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadershipBy stepping into this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead impactful projects and build your career with an organization that values your expertise and contributions.
