We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Construction Traveling Project Manager specializing in Commercial-Retail. This position plays a pivotal role in our organization, leading the planning and execution of grocery stores, retail projects, ground-up construction, tenant improvement, and commercial projects. Responsibilities :
1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycles, from initial planning and development, through execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
2. Leading diverse teams of professionals, including architects, engineers, construction workers, and administrative staff.
3. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
4. Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
5. Coordinating with internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
6. Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
7. Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties / vendors.
8. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
9. Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards.
10. Traveling to various project sites as required.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing grocery stores, retail projects, ground-up construction, tenant improvement, and commercial projects.
3. Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector.
4. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in construction and development.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
8. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
9. Willingness to travel extensively.
10. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
