We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate legal matters for our organization. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support to our clients and their executive teams and business units, as well as manage various legal projects. This role will require a deep understanding of corporate law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
1. Provide legal counsel to clients on a wide range of corporate legal matters.
2. Conduct due diligence for business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
3. Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial contracts and agreements.
5. Manage legal risks and ensure that the company operates within the law at all times.
6. Assist in representing clients in legal disputes or proceedings.
7. Stay abreast of changes in corporate law and advise the company on any potential impacts.
8. Collaborate with teams as needed.
9. Provide training for clients on legal matters, such as contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Qualifications :
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the TX state bar.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney in a law firm
4. Proven experience in due diligence and regulatory compliance.
5. Excellent knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures.
6. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
