Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the production process of corrugated cardboard, ensuring the effective operation of processes.
- Manage the wet end of the corrugation process, ensuring optimal performance and quality standards.
- Supervise and direct a team of production workers, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Regularly inspect equipment and machinery, scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
- Continually monitor product quality, implementing improvements as necessary to meet or exceed industry standards.
- Train new team members on the corrugation process and ensure all team members are up-to-date on safety protocols and quality standards.
- Regularly report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and quality.
Qualifications :
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
