We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in probate law and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of estate planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, providing counsel on probate matters, and representing clients in court. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation and execution of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
- Manage probate and trust administration, including drafting and filing court documents, managing estate assets, resolving creditor claims, and distributing assets to beneficiaries.
- Represent clients in probate court proceedings, including contested wills, trust disputes, and other related matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues related to estate planning and probate law.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the firm's estate planning practice.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in estate planning and probate law, and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications :
Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
