We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team. This role will involve maintaining and expanding relationships with our clients, focusing on customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability. A background in agriculture, particularly grain origination, is highly desirable as our company operates within this sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in account management and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.Operate as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.Qualifications :
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role (2 years required).Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.BA / BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.Background in agriculture, particularly grain origination, is highly desirable.This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Account Manager to make a significant impact in a growing company, while working with a diverse range of clients.
