We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities :
Serve as a strategic partner to the business, developing HR strategies, needs assessments and resulting HR solutions.
Provide proactive and strong support to the engineering department on all HR related issues.
Drive and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning and skills assessment.
Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR policies and initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR Business Partner role within the engineering industry or a related field is essential.
Proven experience in managing a range of HR functions including employee relations, HR projects, organizational development, performance management and HR advice.
Strong understanding of HR legislation and regulations.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.
Professional certification in HR (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
