Job Details
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include some or all of the following :
Restoring Proper Operation of Existing Equipment :
- Responds in a timely manner to breakdown / trouble calls from the plant.
- Troubleshoots equipment to determine root causes of outages in production, reliability, safety, or quality.
- Implements solutions to restore proper operation of equipment.
- Analyzes equipment to identify potential improvements.
- Works with plant personnel to increase their knowledge base and skill set on the equipment.
- Must be capable of working alone to support plant operations
- Maintaining Proper Operation of Existing Equipment :
- Performs preventive maintenance tasks on existing equipment as assigned.
- Completes tasks in a timely manner and reports status to plant PM program / software.
- May suggest additional preventive maintenance tasks based on experience and
history with equipment.
Installing New Equipment :
Assists in training of plant personnel on the operation of new equipment.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
Salary : $32 - $35
