Our organization is seeking an experienced Permanent Operator to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality products while adhering to the highest safety and efficiency standards. The successful candidate will have a hands-on role in our production process, operating and maintaining machinery, and playing a crucial part in our manufacturing operations. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in machine operation.
Responsibilities :
As a Permanent Operator, your key responsibilities will include :
1. Operating a variety of complex machinery and equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
2. Performing routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
3. Troubleshooting and repairing any mechanical issues that arise during the production process.
4. Monitoring and adjusting machine settings for optimal performance and quality.
5. Collaborating with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
6. Consistently maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
7. Documenting and reporting any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
8. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting ways to improve efficiency and product quality.
9. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Operator position will have :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine operation, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with troubleshooting and maintaining machinery.
3. Excellent technical and mechanical skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
