Job Details
Essential Functions
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
2. US Citizen
3. 5 years of experience and demonstrated success in process improvement, project management, quality control, tool and die design, and implementing continuous improvements in a manufacturing environment.
4. Expertise in machining, casting, forging, and other manufacturing processes.
5. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
6. Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office.
7. Initiative and ability to work effectively with little direction and / or few guidelines.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
9. Proficiency in managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
