We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Manufacturing Supervisor to join our fast-paced Engineering team. This role is critical to our business and offers a high level of responsibility and opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our processes are running smoothly and efficiently, and that our products meet the highest quality standards. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities :
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include :
1. Overseeing daily operations of the manufacturing department, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.
2. Leading and managing a team of manufacturing personnel, providing coaching and development as needed to ensure optimal performance.
3. Ensuring that all manufacturing processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
4. Actively participating in the assembly process, troubleshooting any issues that arise and implementing solutions.
5. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of all manufacturing processes, including assembly instructions, production schedules, and quality control reports.
6. Collaborating with other departments, such as Engineering and Quality Assurance, to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.
7. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading initiatives to implement these improvements.
8. Ensuring that all safety standards and protocols are strictly adhered to within the manufacturing department.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications :
1. A minimum of 1 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in assembly and documentation processes.
3. Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
5. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Proficient in the use of manufacturing software and equipment.
9. A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
