We are seeking an experienced medical malpractice and birth injury attorney. The position involves plaintiffs birth injury cases around the country.
Job Description :
Manage and litigate medical malpractice and birth injury cases.
Lead all phases of litigation, from case investigation and discovery through trial and settlement.
Handle complex medical records, expert witness reports, and other evidence related to birth injury claims.
Depose medical professionals, expert witnesses, and other relevant parties to build the case.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Provide exceptional client service by maintaining clear communication and setting realistic expectations throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active TX bar membership in good standing.
Preferred experience in medical malpractice litigation.
Experience in birth injury cases is a huge plus.
Proven track record in taking expert witness depositions and managing high-stakes litigation.
Salary : $140,000 - $200,000
