Job Details
Key Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional legal counsel and strategic guidance to clients, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
Collaborate with our team to deliver innovative, technology-driven solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Actively manage and expand your existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities.
Lead complex and sophisticated legal matters, including litigation, data security, or other specialized areas aligned with your expertise.
Contribute to the firm's growth and vision by mentoring junior attorneys and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing.
Established portable book of business with a demonstrated ability to generate revenue and sustain client relationships.
Extensive experience in complex litigation, corporate law, regulatory compliance, or other relevant legal fields.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to innovation and creative problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
