Office Hours : Monday through Friday, 9-5 pm, 2 weekend days / month
Patient Volume : 20 - 25 patients / day
Payor Mix : 90% major health insurance, 10% personal injury / workers
compensation. NO Medicaid or cash patients seeking medications

Job Details
We are an Interventional based pain practice that offers patients treatment for painful disorders including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, major joint injections, spinal cord stim trials, discograms, percutaneous discectomies. All procedures are done in our state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical centers.
Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
