Responsibilities :
Oversee and lead plumbing projects, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and to the highest standard of quality.
Supervise and direct a team of plumbers and apprentices, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required.
Install, maintain, and repair industrial plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling,
lubricating, and industrial processing systems.
Ensure all plumbing work complies with relevant codes and standards.
Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify and fix problems before they escalate.
Collaborate with other trades and departments to coordinate work and ensure smooth operations.
Implement and uphold safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and ensuring all work is carried out in a safe manner.
Provide regular reports on work progress, issues, and solutions to senior management.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plumbing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
Experience leading commercial and industrial plumbing projects
Strong knowledge of industrial plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to train and mentor junior team members.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Commitment to safety and quality, with a thorough understanding of relevant codes and standards.
