We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas sector of the Energy industry. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of oil and gas facilities, gas gathering, water injection, and the ability to troubleshoot facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, project management, routing optimization, and optimization of vessels, pumps, compressors, and meters related to crude oil, water, and natural gas flows. Experience with Wonderware control systems, gas plant project turnarounds, right-sizing, and new installs, CAPEX project management, and installation projects is essential.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Process Engineer, your responsibilities will include :

1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of oil and gas facilities, including gas gathering and water injection.

2. Troubleshooting facilities to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.

3. Planning and managing projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.

4. Implementing routing optimization strategies to improve the transportation of crude oil, water, and natural gas.

5. Optimizing the performance of vessels, pumps, compressors, and meters related to crude oil, water, and natural gas flows.

6. Utilizing Wonderware control systems to automate and streamline processes.

7. Managing gas plant project turnarounds, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

8. Overseeing right-sizing and new installs to improve operational efficiency.

9. Managing CAPEX project management and installation projects to ensure the successful completion of capital projects.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have :

1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in Process Engineering within the Oil & Gas sector of the Energy industry.

2. Proven experience with oil and gas facilities, gas gathering, and water injection.

3. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot facilities and implement effective solutions.

4. Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and completing projects.

5. Experience with routing optimization and the optimization of vessels, pumps, compressors, and meters related to crude oil, water, and natural gas flows.

6. Proficiency with Wonderware control systems.

7. Experience managing gas plant project turnarounds.

8. Knowledge of right-sizing and new installs.

9. Experience with CAPEX project management and installation projects.

10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

11. A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
