SUMMARY :
As our Fire Sprinkler Project Manager you will coordinate and manage all active installation / contract jobs, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with clients and stakeholders, while overseeing project progression from inception to completion.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Coordinate project production, quality, safety, and subcontractor performance with field teams.
Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Review in-progress designs for accuracy, compliance, and delivery timelines.
Mobilize and de-mobilize job sites as needed.
Analyze plans and specifications to determine project scope and generate cost estimates.
Conduct site visits, generate reports, and attend design reviews, pre-construction meetings, and progress site visits.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Lead internal project meetings, including kickoff, job progress, design coordination, fabrication scheduling, and budget tracking.
Oversee project progression from design and permitting to material delivery, labor scheduling, and field installation.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project handover and risk assessment throughout the lifecycle.
Represent the company in job site meetings with customers and project stakeholders.
Manage project close-out, including commissioning with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Track, manage, and approve contract change orders.
Maintain up-to-date project logs, documentation, and progress reports.
Utilize ERP systems to monitor job performance and improve efficiency.
Review job plans, stock lists, and cut sheets for optimization.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
3-5 years of direct work experience in project management
Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems is required
Experience planning and executing commercial projects ranging from $100k to $5MM
Proven ability to problem-solve and work through project challenges
