Responsibilities :
As a Permanent Quality Inspector, your duties will include :
- Conducting regular inspections of materials, equipment, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
- Utilizing inspection techniques such as First Article Inspection and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to evaluate product quality.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to understand product specifications and quality requirements.
- Operating CMM equipment and applying programming skills to automate inspection processes where possible.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting any product defects or discrepancies in quality.
- Participating in the development and implementation of quality control programs and initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Quality Inspector position should possess the following qualifications :
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
