We are seeking an experienced Permanent Master Planner / Scheduler with Steel Fabrication and Erection to join our dynamic construction team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of our large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed within the specified time and budget. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the steel construction industry.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and work plans.
2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction crew to define scope of work, project deliverables, and required tasks.
3. Analyze project specifications and convert them into a workable plan.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
5. Provide regular updates on project status, including delays or changes in schedule.
6. Evaluate current scheduling and planning processes and recommend improvements.
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure all projects are on track and within budget.
9. Conduct regular reviews of project schedules with stakeholders.
10. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
