We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with a strong background in self-perform heavy civil construction and / or wastewater treatment plant construction to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities :
As Superintendent, your duties will include but are not limited to :
- Supervise and direct all on-site activities for self-perform crews, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and specifications.
- Develop and implement detailed work plans to optimize crew productivity and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.
- Oversee equipment usage, maintenance, and allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Manage labor force, including scheduling, training, and mentoring team members to ensure peak performance.
- Monitor project budgets, labor costs, and material usage to ensure profitability.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential schedule delays to meet project milestones.
Qualifications :
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
